There are a number of neurocognitive and behavioral mechanisms that contribute to overeating, or eating past nutritional needs, which can lead to obesity. Obese people suffer from attention bias to food-related cues. We have different methods to modify attentional biases, such as transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) and Attention Modification Programs (AMP). In this research we want to assess the effect of each of these methods and combination of them on food craving in obese people. 48 overweight and obese volunteers from Atieh clinic were assigned to 2 control (Sham tDCS and Sham ABMT) and 3 experimental (tDCS, ABMT and combination of these methods) groups. All participants’ age, height, weight and physical and psychological disorders were recorded. Then they completed Food Craving Questionnaire (FCQ) before and after the treatment. They received 10 treatment session based on the plane of the group they were in. The results of Covariance Analysis showed that tDCS and the combination of tDCS and ABMT significantly reduced the scores of FCQ in obese individual significantly. We didn’t see any significant change in FCQ post test results in group who received ABMT. We can use tDCS and ABMT with each other to reduce food craving in obese people}, keywords = {Obesity,transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS),Attention Bias Modification Treatment (ABMT)}, title_fa = {اثر افزایشی ترکیب روش‌های تعدیل سوگیری توجه و تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم از روی جمجمه بر کاهش ولع مصرف غذا در افراد مبتلا به چاقی}, abstract_fa = {چاقی یک بیماری مزمن و چند عاملی است. مکانیسم های عصب شناختی و رفتاری متعددی در خوردن بیش از اندازه غذا یا خوردن بیش از حد نیاز وجود دارد که ممکن است منجر به چاقی شود. افراد چاق از سوگیری توجه نسبت به سرنخ های مرتبط با غذا رنج می برند. روش های مختلفی برای تعدیل سوگیری توجه وجود دارد، مثل تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم از روی جمجمه و برنامه تعدیل سوگیری توجه. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی هر یک از روش های ABMT و tDCS و ترکیب این دو روش بر ولع مصرف غذا در افراد چاق بود. 48 نفر افراد چاق و دارای اضافه وزن داوطلب مراجعه کننده به کلینیک آتیه به سه گروه آزمایشی (گروه تحت درمان با tDCS، گروه تحت درمان با ABMT و گروهی که از ترکیب این دو روش استفاده کردند) و دو گروه کنترل (گروه تحت درمان با Sham tDCS و گروه تحت درمان با Sham ABMT) تقسیم شدند. ابتدا از نظر متغیرهای دموگرافیک شامل سن، قد و وزن، سابقه چاقی و سایر اختلالات جسمی و روانشناختی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس پرسشنامه ولع مصرف غذا (FCQ) را پر کردند و به مدت 10 جلسه طی 2 هفته در معرض روش های درمانی قرار گرفتند. در پایان دوره درمانی مجدداً گروه ها پرسشنامه ولع مصرف غذا (FCQ) را پر کردند. نتایج نشان داد که روش tDCS به تنهایی و ترکیب آن با ABMT به شکل معناداری نمرات FCQ را در پس آزمون کاهش دادند. روش ABMT به تنهایی نتوانست این تغییر معنادار را ایجاد نماید. یکی از دلایل این مسئله می تواند کم بودن تعداد جلسات درمانی باشد که مانع استحکام یادگیری شده است.}, keywords_fa = {چاقی,تحریک مستقیم از روی جمجمه (tDCS),برنامه تعدیل سوگیری توجه (ABMT)}, url = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_55043.html}, eprint = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_55043_0630f9deb2832d2d4d3a0b8668c029bf.pdf} }
