To achieve this goal, a quasi-experimental research method was used for pre-test, post-test with control group. The target population was 73 patients who were diagnosed with OCPD in 2017, of whom 45 were selected by targeted method and randomly assigned to two groups Experiments (therapeutic groups) and one control group (each group of 15 people). The research variables were evaluated based on difficulty of emotion regulating scale of Gratz and Roemer and the responsibility scale of the California Psychological Inventory in the pretest, posttest and follow up phases. The data obtained from variance analysis with repeated measures showed significant effect of both methods on each component of OCPD. Comparison of couples' paired groups by using Bonferroni test showed no significant difference between treatment groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that these treatments have no significant superiority despite the differences in stages and mechanisms. Meanwhile, a one-month follow-up to the results showed sustainability and strengthening.}, keywords = {Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,Aacceptance and Commitment Therapy,Emotion Regulation,Excessive Responsibility}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی درمان‌های شناختی–رفتاری و پذیرش و تعهد بر تنظیم هیجان و مسئولیت‌پذیری افراطی اختلال شخصیت وسواس-جبری}, abstract_fa = {هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه اثربخشی دورویآورد درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و پذیرشوتعهد، بر بهبود تنظیم هیجان و مسئولیتپذیری افراطی بهعنوان علائم اصلی این اختلال بود. جامعه آماری 73 نفر (52 زن، 21 مرد) از مراجعهکنندگان به مرکز مشاوره احیاء در سال 1396 بوده که دارای اختلال شخصیت وسواس-جبری تشخیص داده شدند که از بین آنها 45 نفر (30 زن و 15 مرد) به روش هدفمند انتخاب و بهشیوه تصادفی به دوگروه آزمایش (گروههای درمانی) و یکگروه گواه (هر گروه 15نفر) اختصاص یافتند. بهمنظور تأمین این هدف، از روش تحقیق شبهآزمایشی بهشیوه پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه گواه بهره گرفته شد. متغیرهای مورد پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گروتز و روئمر (DERS) و مقیاس مسئولیتپذیری پرسشنامه روانشناختی کالیفرنیا (Re-(CPI در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفتند. دادههای بهدست آمده از روش تحلیل واریانس اندازههای مکرر نشان از اثربخشی معنادار هر دو روش بر هر دو مؤلفه اختلال شخصیت وسواس–جبری دارد. مقایسه زوجی گروهها با استفاده از آزمون مقایسههای چندگانه بنفرونی، نبود معناداری تفاوت بین گروههای درمانی را نشان داد. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفتکه این دوشیوه درمانی با وجود تفاوت در مراحل و مکانیسم، برتری معناداری نسبت بههم ندارند. ضمناً پیگیری یکماهه نتایج، نشاناز پایداری و تقویت آن داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {درمان‌شناختی‌رفتاری,درمان پذیرش‌و‌تعهد,تنظیم هیجان,مسئولیت‌پذیری افراطی}, url = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_73049.html}, eprint = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_73049_e621b489867e979f11f5edb705fc5cd5.pdf} }
