The statistical population included high school female students in the 2nd grade living in Jam (located in Bushehr province) during the academic year of 2018-19. The study was a quasi-experiment, using pre/post-test and a control group. The sample included 52 female students who scored 1.5 standard deviation higher than average. The participants were assigned to the experimental (n=26) and the control group (n=26). The experimental group received seven 90-minute sessions of Adlerian-based premarital training while the control group received no intervention. The participants completed the Attitudes about Romance and Mate Selection Scale (ARMSS). The data analyzed using the repeated measures ANOVA, and the results showed that the program reduced five of the six constraining beliefs about mate selection, such as "cohabitation", "one and only one", "opposing complement each other", "idealism", and "ease of effort". The program had no effect on “perfect confidence”. According to the results, the findings of the study can be used to improve the process of mate-selection.}, keywords = {Premarital,constraining beliefs,mate-selection,educational program}, title_fa = {بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه آمادگی پیش‌ازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری بر باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر در دانش‌آموزان دختر}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه آمادگی پیش‌ازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری بر باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر  انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر مقطع دوم متوسطه شهرستان جم در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. این پژوهش یک طرح شبه‌آزمایشی که با استفاده از  پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد.  تعداد 52 دانش‌آموز براساس نمره 5/1 انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین در مقیاس باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر به‌صورت داوطلب انتخاب و به ‌روش تصادفی در دو گروه آموزش (26 نفر) و کنترل (26 نفر) گمارده شدند. شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه آزمایش هفت نشست 90 دقیقه‌ای، تحت آموزش پیش‌ازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری (1978) قرار گرفتند و در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری به‌ مقیاس باورهای محدودکننده انتخاب همسر (ARMSS) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها به روش آماری تحلیل واریانس مکرر (آمیخته) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش پیش‌ازازدواج به‌ شیوه برنامه آمادگی پیش‌ازازدواج مبتنی بر دیدگاه آدلری، باعث کاهش پنج تا از شش باور محدودکننده انتخاب همسر مانند «هم‌خوابی»، «یکی و تنها یکی»، «متضادها یکدیگر را کامل می‌کنند»، «آرمان‌گرایی» و «آسانی تلاش» در شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه آموزشی نسبت به‌ شرکت‌کننده‌های گروه کنترل شده است و این آموزش تأثیری در باور «اطمینان کامل» نداشت. بنابراین، براساس یافته‌های به‌دست آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه آموزش آمادگی پیش‌ازازدواج به‌ویژه در دوران نوجوانی، می‌تواند بسیاری از باورهای غیرمنطقی و غیرواقعی را در آنان کاهش دهد و به‌عنوان یک عامل پیشگیرانه از بسیاری از مشکلات بعدی در زندگی زناشویی جلوگیری به‌عمل می‌آورد.}, keywords_fa = {Premarital,constraining beliefs,mate-selection,educational program}, url = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_79706.html}, eprint = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_79706_211953d0c37559181fa5e2c902a6eca7.pdf} }
