The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes patients with chronic pain who were treated in Tehran clinics in districts 4 and 8 in the spring, summer, and fall of 2019. 300 of them were selected by purposive sampling. Body mass index calculation and questionnaires Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ), Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI), Pain Anxiety Symptoms (PAS) and Pain Catastrophizing Scales (PCS) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in Amos 21 software. Results confirmed the mediating role of anxiety sensitivity (P = 0.05, t = 1.954, β = 0.137) and anxiety related to pain (P = 0.001, t = 3.244, β = 0.106) in the association between pain catastrophizing and emotional eating. 46.3% of the variance in emotional eating can be explained by pain catastrophizing, anxiety sensitivity, and pain-related anxiety. It seems that to prevent and treat emotional eating in people with pain and to maintain the therapeutic effect, pain-related cognitive and emotional structures such as anxiety sensitivity and pain-related anxiety should be targeted for therapeutic intervention. }, keywords = {emotional eating,Pain-related anxiety,anxiety sensitivity,pain catastrophizing}, title_fa = {مدل ساختاری فاجعه‌انگاری درد با خوردن هیجانی: نقش میانجی حساسیت اضطرابی و ترس مرتبط با درد در افراد دارای درد مزمن}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی حساسیت اضطرابی و ترس مرتبط با درد در رابطۀ بین فاجعه‌انگاری درد و خوردن هیجانی در افراد دارای درد مزمن است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل بیماران مبتلا به درد مزمن است که در بهار، تابستان و پاییز سال 1398 به کلینیک‌های شهر تهران در مناطق 4 و 8 مراجعه کرده بودند. از میان آن‌ها 300 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. از محاسبۀ شاخص تودۀ بدنی و پرسشنامه‌های رفتار خوردن داچ (DEBQ)، حساسیت اضطرابی (ASI)، مقیاس‌های نشانگان اضطراب درد (PAS) و فاجعه‌انگاری درد (PCS) برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار Amos 21 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد مدل با داده‌های مشاهده‌شده برازش مطلوب دارد. نتایج نقش میانجی حساسیت اضطرابی (05/0 =P، 954/1= t، 137/0=β) و ترس مرتبط با درد (001/0 =P، 244/3= t، 106/0=β) در رابطۀ بین فاجعه‌انگاری درد و خوردن هیجانی تأیید می‌شود. 3/46 درصد از واریانس خوردن هیجانی می‌تواند به‌وسیلۀ فاجعه‌انگاری، حساسیت اضطرابی و ترس مرتبط با درد تبیین شود. به‌نظر می‌رسد برای پیشگیری و درمان خوردن هیجانی در افراد مبتلا به درد و نیز حفظ آثار درمانی، سازه‌های شناختی و هیجانی مرتبط با درد نظیر حساسیت اضطرابی و ترس مرتبط با درد باید هدف مداخلات درمانی قرار گیرند. }, keywords_fa = {خوردن هیجانی,ترس مرتبط با درد,حساسیت اضطرابی و فاجعه‌انگاری درد}, url = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_82727.html}, eprint = {https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_82727_b52eaf6550bff074ff56d8476fab06de.pdf} }
