هم سنجی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت والدین و آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر مشکلات رفتاری برونیسازیشدهی کودکان در سنین پیش از دبستان
هدف پژوهش حاضر، همسنجی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت والدین و آموزش فرزندپروی مبتنی بر پذیرشوتعهد بر مشکلات رفتاری برونیسازیشده کودکان در سنین پیشازدبستان بود. این پژوهش، از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری یکماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل مادرانِ کودکان با مشکلات رفتاری برونیسازیشده در سنین پیشازدبستان در نجفآباد بود. 45 نفر از مادران داوطلب پس از بررسی ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای پژوهش گمارش شدند. مداخلات آموزشی طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای اجرا شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار داشت. ابزار پژوهش، سیاهه رفتاری کودک آیبرگ (ECBI)بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هر دو مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری موجب کاهش نمرات مشکلات رفتاری شده است. بهعلاوه میزان تأثیر آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر پذیرشوتعهد بهصورت معنادار بالاتر گزارش گردید (01/0>P). میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مداخلات پژوهش برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونیسازیشده کودکان در سنین پیشازدبستان مؤثر است و از آنها میتوان در کارگاهها و مشاوره فرزندپروری به منظور مدیریت مشکلات رفتاری استفاده کرد.

دیدگاه معلمان،والدین، مشاوران مدارس و دانش آموزان نسبت به مؤلفه های مدرسه تاب آور: یک مطالعه کیفی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی دیدگاه معلمان، والدین، مشاوران مدارس و دانشآموزان نسبت به مدرسه تابآور بود. بدین منظور 120 نفر (30 معلم، 30 دانشآموز، 30 نفر از والدین و 30 مشاور) بهروش نمونهگیری خوشهای از سراسر مدارس دخترانه مقطع ابتدایی شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل مصاحبه نیمه سازمانیافته بود که برای چهار گروه بهصورت محورهای متفاوت تدوین و اجرا شد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه، از روش کدگذاری نظری استفاده گردید که در این تحقیق شامل کدگذاری باز برمبنای مقولات استخراج شده از مطالعه مبانی نظری تحقیق، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی میباشد. نتایج حاصل از مصاحبهها نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر در شکلگیری مدرسه تابآور در سه دسته عوامل متمرکز بر عناصر مختلف موجود در مدرسه، فرد و خانواده شناسایی شدند. بررسی تحقیقات مرتبط نیز نشان داد که عمدتاً دو دسته عوامل حفاظتی درونیوبیرونی در مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر شکلگیری مدرسه تابآور نقش دارند. از میان عوامل مدرسه، ارتباط مؤثر معلم و دانشآموزان، فضای فیزیکی، جوّ روانی-اجتماعی مناسب و حمایت اجتماعی، از میان عوامل خانواده، جوّ روانی خانواده، روشهای فرزندپروری و حمایت والدین و از میان عوامل فردی، توانمندیهای شخصیتی و عاطفی مهمترین عوامل بودند.

اثربخشی فراخوانی خاطره در ایجاد حالت نوستالژی و نقش نوستالژی در تسهیل کنش همدلانه: نقش جنسیت و توجیه شخصی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی برخی دلالتهای نوستالژی بهعنوان یک هیجان نااخلاقی برای افزایش کنش همدلانه بود؛ همچنین نوستالژیککردن افراد و ایجاد حالت نوستالژی که از لوازم محکزدن این مسأله است، از چه طریق قابل تحقق است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 71 نفر (34 دختر، 37 پسر) از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه شیراز تشکیل دادند. بهطور تصادفی 30 نفر به گروه مداخله یادآوری رویداد عادی و 41 نفر به گروه مداخله یادآوری خاطرهانگیز اختصاص داده شد. ابزارهای پژوهش حاضر، تکلیف پژواک رویداد و آزمون وارسی دستکاری (MCH) و آزمون موقعیت کنش همدلانه (EAMT) در پسآزمون تکمیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد مداخله فراخوانی خاطره در مقابل یادآوری معمولی حافظه، اثربخشی مطلوب را برای ایجاد حس نوستالژی داراست. همچنین گروه نوستالژی نسبت به گروه غیرنوستالژی، تفاوت معناداری در گرایش عملی به کنش همدلانه نشان داد. نقش جنسیت در افزایش کنش همدلانه به واسطه نوستالژی بهطور معنادار تأیید نشد. نقش توجیه شخصی نیز کمابیش تأیید گردید و نشان داد، گروه نوستالژیک توجیه دیگر-مدار بیشتری در مقابل توجیه خود-مدار ارائه خواهد داد. احتمالً این یافته از طریق نقش نوستالژی در فرایندهای نظمبخشی هیجانی قابلفهم است.

بهبود توجه انتخابی افراد سالم با استفاده از تحریک مغناطیسی فراجمجمه ای مکرر
هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی تحریک مغناطیسی فراجمجمهای مکرر (rtms) مغز بر عملکرد افراد سالم در اجرای تکلیف استروپ بود. بدین منظور 30 نفر (25 زن، 5 مرد) آزمودنی راستدست سالم با استفاده از پرسشنامه دستبرتری ادینبورگ (EHI) و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ-12) انتخاب گردید. آزمودنیها یک جلسه تحریک مغناطیسی فراجمجمهای مکرر را بر روی ناحیه خلفیجانبی پیشپیشانی چپ دریافت نموده و تکلیف رنگ-واژه استروپ (SCWT) را قبل و بعد از تحریک انجام دادند. یافتهها نشان داد که در گروه فعال نسبت به گروه خاموش زمان پاسخ افراد به محرکهای همخوان به طور معناداری بهبود یافته است. در خصوص محرکهای ناهمخوان تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. یافتههای این پژوهش علاوه بر این که مؤید نقش ناحیه خلفیجانبی پیشپیشانی چپ در کنترل توجه بالا به پایین بود، نشان داد که تحریک مغناطیسی فراجمجمهای مکرر مغز با فرکانس بالا در ناحیه خلفیجانبی پیشپیشانی چپ میتواند اثرات مثبتی بر توجه انتخابی افراد بر جای بگذارد.

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی پیشرانهای مؤثر برای ایجاد سلامت روانشناختی در محیطکار با تأکید بر نقش سرمایه اجتماعی بود. رویکرد این پژوهش آمیخته بوده و از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی–پیمایشی میباشد. چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق با مصاحبه اکتشافی و تحلیل تم طراحی، سپس از طریق پرسشنامههای همافزایی روانشناختی (PSQ)، سلامت روانشناختی در محیطکار (HWQ)، سرمایه روانشناختی (PCQ) و بهوسیله معادلات ساختاری آزمونشده است. جامعه آماری در مرحله طراحی چارچوب مفهومی شامل 18 نفر از خبرگان حوزه منابع انسانی میشود و در مرحله تحلیل مدل، جامعه آماری را 126 نفر از مدیران، معاونان و کارشناسان حوزه منابع انسانی 10 سازمان دولتی و 14 شرکت خصوصی استان قم تشکیل میدهند که براساس جدول مورگان 97 نفر (24 زن، 73 مرد) بهعنوان نمونه انتخابشدند. پس از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، 156 کد گزینشی از مصاحبهها احصاء شد که در نهایت، این کدها در 45 مفهوم، 9 تم فرعی و 3 تم اصلی« ظرفیتسازی روانشناختی»، «فرهنگسازی روانشناختی» و «همافزایی روانشناختی» طبقهبندی شدهاند. یافتهها نشان میدهد، میتوان از طریق همافزایی روانشناختی و با تأکید بر متغیر میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی، سلامت روانشناختی را در محیطکار ایجاد نمود.

پیشبینی بیشتمرینی ادراکشده برحسب اضطراب رقابتی و تمایل به عضلانی شدن در ورزشکاران مرد
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی بیشتمرینی ادراکشده بر حسب اضطراب رقابتی و تمایل به عضلانی شدن در ورزشکاران مرد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی ورزشکاران شهر تهران بود که برحسب نمونهگیری در دسترس 250 ورزشکاران مرد در رشتههای مختلف ورزشی (انفرادی و تیمی) برگزیده شدند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای بیشتمرینی ادراکشده (OTQ)، اضطراب رقابتی (CAQ) و تمایل به عضلانیشدن (DMQ) بود. نتایج یافتههای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گامبهگام نشان داد که بیشتمرینی ادراکشده به ترتیب با دو متغیر اضطراب شناختی و اضطراب بدنی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار و با اعتمادبهنفس و تمایل به عضلانیشدن همبستگی منفی و معنادار دارد. بهصورت کلی، چهار متغیرِ اضطراب بدنی، تمایل به عضلانیشدن، اعتمادبهنفس و اضطراب شناختی بیش از 41 درصد از واریانس بیشتمرینی را پیشبینی مینماید؛ بنابراین شناخت و پایش اضطراب رقابتی و تمایل به عضلانیشدن در ورزشکاران میتواند در پیشبینی بیشتمرینی ادراکشده نقش مؤثری داشته باشد.

پدیدارشناسی تجارب زیسته مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سندرم داون
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پدیدارشناسی تجارب زیسته مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سندرم داون انجام گرفت. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و براساس روش پدیدارشناسی بود. شرکتکنندگان بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند از بین مادران دانشآموزان سندرم داون در مدارس استثنایی شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند که تعداد آنها 16 نفر بود. فن مورد استفاده برای جمعآوری دادهها، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بود. مصاحبهها بارها شنیده شد و متن آن بهصورت کلمهبهکلمه مکتوب گردید. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از راهبرد کلایزی استفاده گردید. پس از استخراج موضوعی و طبقهبندی آنها، یافتهها شامل 4 مضمون اصلی (تأثیر روی خانواده، جایگاه در اجتماع، دغدغههای والدین و شبکههای حمایتی) و 11 زیرمضمون بود. ارتباط این مضامین اصلی و زیرمضامین در اصل مقاله آورده شده است. واکاوی تجارب زیسته مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سندرم داون نشان داد، این گروه به طرق مختلف تحتتأثیر این پدیده قرار میگیرند و این تأثیرات جنبههای مثبتومنفی را شامل میشود. از نتایج این پژوهش و پژوهشهای مشابه میتوان برای تدوین مداخلات درمانی و آموزشی بهره برد.

مقایسه اثربخشی درمانهای شناختی–رفتاری و پذیرش و تعهد بر تنظیم هیجان و مسئولیتپذیری افراطی اختلال شخصیت وسواس-جبری
هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه اثربخشی دورویآورد درمانی شناختی-رفتاری و پذیرشوتعهد، بر بهبود تنظیم هیجان و مسئولیتپذیری افراطی بهعنوان علائم اصلی این اختلال بود. جامعه آماری 73 نفر (52 زن، 21 مرد) از مراجعهکنندگان به مرکز مشاوره احیاء در سال 1396 بوده که دارای اختلال شخصیت وسواس-جبری تشخیص داده شدند که از بین آنها 45 نفر (30 زن و 15 مرد) به روش هدفمند انتخاب و بهشیوه تصادفی به دوگروه آزمایش (گروههای درمانی) و یکگروه گواه (هر گروه 15نفر) اختصاص یافتند. بهمنظور تأمین این هدف، از روش تحقیق شبهآزمایشی بهشیوه پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه گواه بهره گرفته شد. متغیرهای مورد پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گروتز و روئمر (DERS) و مقیاس مسئولیتپذیری پرسشنامه روانشناختی کالیفرنیا (Re-(CPI در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفتند. دادههای بهدست آمده از روش تحلیل واریانس اندازههای مکرر نشان از اثربخشی معنادار هر دو روش بر هر دو مؤلفه اختلال شخصیت وسواس–جبری دارد. مقایسه زوجی گروهها با استفاده از آزمون مقایسههای چندگانه بنفرونی، نبود معناداری تفاوت بین گروههای درمانی را نشان داد. بنابراین، میتوان نتیجه گرفتکه این دوشیوه درمانی با وجود تفاوت در مراحل و مکانیسم، برتری معناداری نسبت بههم ندارند. ضمناً پیگیری یکماهه نتایج، نشاناز پایداری و تقویت آن داشته است.

نقش واسطهای رضایت زناشویی و رابطه مادر- کودک در استفادهی آسیبزای مادران از شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ( مطالعه کمی و کیفی)
شبکههای مجازی علی رغم امکاناتی که فراهم کردهاند آسیبهایی نیز به همراه داشتهاند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی استفادهی آسیبزای مادران از ا شبکهها با رضایت زناشویی ، رابطهی آنها با فرزندان و مشکلات رفتاری فرزندانشان بود؛ . در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران کودکان 3-7 ساله شهر تهران و نمونه شامل 323 نفر از مادران بود که به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه استفاده آسیبزا از شبکههای مجازی، مقیاس سنجش رابطه، مقیاس رابطه مادر-کودک و پرسشنامه توانایی ها و مشکلات کودکان بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش همبستگی و ابزار مورد استفاده در بخش کیفی مصاحبه بود پژوهش از نظریه زمینهای استفاده شده نمونه در بخش کیفی 17 نفر از مادرانی بودند که به استفاده از شبکهها وابستگی داشتند و با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.ابزار مورد استفاده در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود برای تحلیل دادههای کیفی از کدگذاری نظری استفاده شد. به طور کلی نتایج پژوهش بیانگر رابطهی استفاده ی آسیبزا از شبکهها بهویژه وابستگی به آنها با رضایت زناشویی پایین در زنان و ارتباط نامطلوب میان مادر و فرزند بوده و با بروز مشکلات رفتاری در کودکان نیز مرتبط است
