مقیاس دوبُعدی تواناییهای شناختی اجتماعی- غیراجتماعی: بازطراحی و مدلسازی براساس نظریه سؤال- پاسخ چندبُعدی، معادلات ساختاری و دادههای شبیهسازیشده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ساختار تواناییهای شناختی دانشآموزان براساس پرسشنامه تواناییهای شناختی نجاتی (1392) و ارائه مدلی برای ساختار آن بود. مطالعه حاضر به لحاظ روش، یک پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع مدلسازی رابطه بین سؤالها و پاسخها بود. حجم نمونه مشتمل بر 1105 دانشآموز (527 دختر و 578 پسر) پایه نهم تحصیلی شهر اهواز بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبتی انتخاب شده بودند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نظریه سؤال- پاسخ چندبُعدی (MIRT)، مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و دادههای شبیهسازی شده (SD) انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل بُعدیت اکتشافی نشان داد ساختار اولیه پرسشنامه تواناییهای شناختی (CAQ) برای دانشآموزان تأیید نمیشود. پرسشنامه باز طراحیشده شامل 21 سؤال بهعنوان مقیاس دوبُعدی تواناییهای شناختی اجتماعی- غیراجتماعی نامگذاری شد و روایی و پایایی ابعاد و عاملهای بهدست آمده از آن تأیید شد. مقیاس جدید نشان داد، گرچه ساختار تواناییهای شناختی سلسلهمراتبی میباشد، اما این ساختار تکبُعدی نیست و حداقل شامل دوبُعد شناخت غیراجتماعی و شناخت اجتماعی میباشد. برخلاف نتایج پژوهشهای پیشین، این یافتهها نشان داد نظریه هوش عمومی یا عامل g اسپیرمن، قادر به بازنمایی صحیح ساختار تواناییهای شناحتی نیست و لازم است شناخت اجتماعی نیز، بهعنوان بُعدی از تواناییهای شناختی لحاظ شود. همچنین، نتایج این پژوهش یافتههای برخی پژوهشها مبنی بر اینکه شناخت غیراجتماعی و شناخت اجتماعی دوبُعد متفاوت تواناییهای شناختی را تشکیل میدهند، تأیید کرد.

اثربخشی برنامه داستان خوانی مشارکتی بر رشد زبان و آمادگی خواندن کودکان پیش دبستانی با مشکلات زبانی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی برنامه داستانخوانی مشارکتی بر رشد زبان و آمادگی خواندن کودکان دختر پیشدبستانی با مشکلات زبانی بود. این مطالعه از نوع بررسی نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه نوآموزان دختر پیشدبستانی شهرستان اسلامشهر در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود. همچنین 30 نوآموز پیشدبستانی طی غربالگری چندمرحلهای انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از آموزش، به آزمونهای رشد زبان (TOLD)، آمادگی خواندن (RRT) و آگاهی واجشناختی (PAT) پاسخ دادند. برنامه مداخله داستانخوانی مشارکتی (SSRP) در 30 جلسه 45 دقیقهای، سه جلسه در هفته، برای گروه آزمایش در قالب چهار گروه کوچک اجرا شد. نتایج روشهای آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری و چندمتغیری نشان داد که برنامه داستانخوانی مشارکتی، در افزایش مهارتهای آمادگی خواندن، آگاهی واجشناختی و مهارتهای زبانی نوآموزان با مشکلات زبانی مؤثر بود و تنها در خرده آزمون سرعت نامیدن تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد. در مجموع، نتایج این بررسی نشان میدهد که برنامه داستانخوانی مشارکتی از طریق تقویت مهارتهای بیانی، معنایی و نحوی و همچنین رشد مهارتهای فرازبانی و پیشنیازهای خواندن، در تحقق ایده رشد زبان و آمادگی کودک برای خواندن قبل از ورود به مدرسه بهطور تجربی مؤثر بوده است.

تحلیل ساختاری ارتباط احتکار با مشکلات بین فردی: نقش میانجی دشواری در تنظیم هیجان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط احتکار با مشکلات بینفردی با نقش میانجی دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی بود. این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را مردان و زنان 35 تا 65 سال، 200 نفر (100 زن و 100 مرد) ناحیه یک شهر رشت تشکیل دادند. از این بین 200 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامههای رفتار ذخیرهای-نسخه بازنگریشده (SI-R)، مشکلات بینفردی-32 گویه (IIP-32) و دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی (DERS) بودند. همچنین تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج حاکی از مثبت و معناداربودن اثر غیرمستقیم احتکار بر مشکلات بینفردی از طریق دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بود (01/0>p). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، رفتارهای احتکاری منجر به مشکلات در ارتباطات بینفردی میشوند و همچنین نقص در ارتباطات بینفردی، تشدید نشانههای احتکاری را در پیدارد. البته در این بین، تنظیمهیجانی، عاملی مهم است که نقص بیشنر در آن، تشدید و نگهداری رفتارهای احتکاری و مشکلات بینفردی را موجب میشود. بنابراین، استفاده از راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، میتوانند در کاهش و بهبود نشانههای احتکار و مشکلات ارتباطات بینفردی نقش مهمی را ایفا کنند.

تأثیر برنامه تفکر سازنده بر کاهش اختلالات دروننمود کودکان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و تبیین تأثیر برنامه بینالمللی تفکر سازنده (PATHS) از طریق نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجانی و شایستگیهای اجتماعی و هیجانی بر کاهش اختلالات دروننمود کودکان (اضطراب و افسردگی) بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران بود. روش تحقیق از نوع شبهآزمایشی (گروههای کنترل نامعادل) بود. بههمینمنظور، تعداد 600 دانشآموز پسر در سنین 6 تا 12 سال را براساس ملاکهای ورودی همسانی طبقات اجتماعی و اقتصادی، شرایط آموزشی و فقدان اختلالات شدید جسمی و روانی بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایشی جایگزین شدند. بهمنظور سنجش مشکلات دروننمود کودکان، نظام سنجش مبتنی بر تجربه آخنباخ (ASEBA) پیش و پس از مداخلات برای هر دو گروه کنترل و آزمایشی اجرا شد. گروه آزمایشی به مدت یکسال تحصیلی برنامه تفکر سازنده و گروه کنترل برنامههای متعارف و جاری خود را دریافت کردند. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان دادند که گروه آزمایشی در خردهمقیاسهای اختلالات دروننمود در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری را نشان دادهاند (05/0p<). نتایج این مطالعه نشان دادند که نسخه فارسی برنامه تفکر سازنده بر کاهش اختلالات دروننمود کودکان تأثیر معناداری دارد و از این برنامه میتوان در مدارس بهعنوان یک مداخله مبتنی بر شواهد در حوزه مداخلات اجتماعی و هیجانی و کاهش مشکلات دروننمود کودکان استفاده کرد.

ترسیم نیمرُخ ویژگی های شخصیتی دانشجویان مصرف کننده دخانیات و مقایسه تحلیلی آن با گروه دانشجویان غیر سیگاری در دانشگاه های شهر تهران
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ویژگیهای شخصیتی و گرایش دانشجویان به مصرف دخانیات بود. همچنین این مطالعه بهمنظور تدوین برنامه پیشگیری در دانشگاهها انجام گرفت و با ترسیم نیمرُخ ویژگیهای شخصیتی دانشجویان مصرفکننده دخانیات دانشگاههای شهر تهران و مقایسه تحلیلی آن با ویژگیهای شخصیتی گروه غیرمصرفکننده به تبیین ابعاد مختلف آن پرداخته شد. پژوهش حاضر از یکسو توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی برای ترسیم نیمرخ ویژگیهای شخصیتی دانشجویان پسر مصرفکننده دخانیات (32 نفر) و از سویی دیگر، با هدف مقایسه آن با نیمرخ دانشجویان گروه غیرمصرفکننده، جز پژوهشهای پسرویدادی محسوب میشود. برای سنجش ویژگیهای شخصیتی از آزمون 16 عاملی (16PF) کتل و برای تحلیل و مقایسه با گروه مصرفکننده، شیوههای آمار توصیفی و آزمون t تکگروهی استفاده شده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که در 12 عامل از 16 عامل و ویژگیهای شخصیتی بین دو گروه دانشجویان پسر مصرفکننده سیگار و قلیان و دانشجویان غیرمصرفکننده تفاوت معناداری مشاهده میشود. این یافتهها از یکسو میتوانند بهعنوان پیشبینهای مهم در گرایش به دخانیات در نظر گرفته شوند و از سوی دیگر، در حوزه اجرایی میتوان ضمن برنامهریزی جامع در خصوص انجام برنامههای پیشگیرانه در این گروه، علاوه بر کاهش آسیبها، در جهت بهزیستی بهتر و توانمندسازی بیشتر آنان همت گماشت.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی- رفتاری واحد پردازهای و درمان فعالسازی رفتاری بر ترس از ارزیابی منفی مبتلایان به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بود. این مطالعه از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مضطرب مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه آزاد نیشابور بود (85 نفر) بود که از میان آنها تعداد 45 دانشجوی دختر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در سه گروه درمان شناختی- رفتاری واحد پردازهای (15 نفر)، درمان فعالسازی رفتاری (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. هر سه گروه قبل و بعد از مداخلات و سه ماه بعد از پایان دوره درمانی با پرسشنامه های اختلال اضطراب فراگیر (GAD-7) و فرم کوتاه ترس از ارزیابی منفی لیری (FNES) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادههای بهدست آمده با نرمافزار 23Spss- با روش آنالیز اندازهگیری مکرر تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هر دو رویکرد درمانی شناختی- رفتاری واحد پردازهای و فعالسازی رفتاری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در کاهش ترس از ارزیابی منفی تفاوت معناداری داشتهاند. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی- رفتاری واحد پردازهای و درمان فعالسازی رفتاری بر ترس از ارزیابی منفی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر تأثیر معنادار دارد.

بازنمایی نشانگان روانشناختی، عملکردی و رفتاری اُفت تحصیلی دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه تهران
اُفتتحصیلی دانشجویان ریشه بسیاری از انحرافها، نابسامانیها و آشفتگیهای روانی- عاطفی میباشد و بهرغم این اهمیت، تاکنون در کشورمان مطالعات کافی با رویکردی اکتشافی، بهمنظور بازنمایی نشانگان اُفتتحصیلی دانشجویان انجام نشده است. در مطالعه حاضر، تلاش کردیم تا با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی و معناکاوی در ادراک و تجربهزیسته جمعی از اعضای هیأتعلمی و دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران، نشانههای اُفتتحصیلی در دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه تهران را شناسایی و بازنمایی کنیم. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش را از میان اعضای هیأتعلمی و دانشجویان دانشکدهای مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر، مدیریت، زبان و ادبیات خارجی، علوم و هنرهای زیبا، با استفاده از نمونهگیری ملاکی انتخابکردیم؛ در گروه اعضای هیأت علمی پس از مصاحبه 19 و در گروه دانشجویان در مصاحبه 10، اشباع نظری دادهها بهدستآمد؛ اما برای اطمینان بیشتر، در گروه اول مصاحبهها را تا 28 نفر و در گروه دوم تا 20 نفر ادامه دادیم. دادهها با استفاده از فن مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و مبتنی بر راهبرد کُلایزی و نرمافزار MAXQDA تحلیلگردید. بهمنظور افزایش اتکاپذیری، تأییدپذیری، باورپذیری صحت دادهها، از شیوههای «بازرسی و بازبینی در زمان کُدگذاری»، «بهرهگیری از نظرات همکاران پژوهشی و تأیید آنها»، و «درگیری طولانی مدت» استفاده کردیم. مرور متوالی مصاحبهها و مقایسه مستمر دادهها، ما را به شناسایی و دستهبندی سه مضمون عملکردی، رفتاری و روانشناختی، هشت زیرمضمون و 26 نشانگان رهنمون ساخت. بر پایه نتایج بهدستآمده، دانشجویانی که با اُفتتحصیلی مواجه شدهاند، ابعاد جدیدتری از نشانههای عملکردی، رفتاری و روانشناختی اُفتتحصیلی را تجربه کرده و با چالشها و مشکلات متنوع و متعددی مواجه هستند.

ساخت و هنجاریابی مقدماتی آزمون سنجش حافظه فعال تهران
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ساخت، آمادهسازی و هنجاریابی مقدماتی آزمون سنجش حافظه فعال تهران (TWMT)، برای کودکان 7 تا 12 سال در شهر تهران بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کودکان سنین 7 تا 12 سال (دبستانی) شهر تهران، اعم از دختر و پسر بود. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیق و توسعه پس از انجام مطالعه مقدماتی، نسخه نهایی آزمون با شش خردهآزمون یادآوری کلمات روبهجلو، خردهآزمون یادآوری کلمات روبهعقب، خردهآزمون یادآوری تصاویر روبهجلو، خردهآزمون یادآوری تصاویر روبهعقب، خردهآزمون یادآوری کلمه غیرمرتبط و خردهآزمون یادآوری شنیدن تهیه گردید. نمونه با روش تصادفی خوشهای متشکل از 352 دانشآموز (173 دختر و 179 پسر) دبستانی بودند. تحلیلها منجر به ارائه نیمرخهای حافظه فعال با استفاده از میانگین و انحرافمعیار برای دانشآموزان پایههای مختلف ابتدایی و شش گروه سنی گردید. بیشتر گروههای سنی در میانگین نمرات در ترکیبهای اولیه مؤلفهها به هنجار 50/0 نزدیک بودند. در ضمن بین میانگینهای پسران و دختران در تمامی خردهمقیاسها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد، درحالیکه تفاوتهای بین پایههای مختلف معنادار بود. آزمون حافظه فعال تهران برای ارائه نیمرخ حافظه فعال دانشآموزان دوره ابتدایی با شش خردهمقیاس مناسب است.

ارائه مدل آسیبشناختی اختلال وسواس جبری براساس کمالگرایی ناسازگار و حساسیت به تهدید در جمعیت غیربالینی: نقش میانجیگری عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی، بین کمالگرایی ناسازگار و حساسیت به تهدید با اختلال وسواس جبری با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بود. طرح تحقیق از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 586 نفر (309 دختر و 277 پسر) از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز، دانشگاه تبریز و دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان در ایران بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه وسواس جبری (نسخه تجدیدنظر شده) (OCI)) و مقیاسهای کمالگرایی چندبُعدی فراست (FMPS)، بازداری و فعالسازی رفتاری (BIS/BAS) و تحملنکردن بلاتکلیفی (IUS) جمعآوری شد. مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از SEM تأیید شد (32/2=χ2/df، 05/0=RMSEA، 95/0=CFI، 94/0=GFI، 92/0=AGFI) و نشان داد کمالگرایی ناسازگار و حساسیت به تهدید، به ترتیب با ضرایب استاندارد 32/0 و 38/0 با میانجیگری عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی بر OCD در سطح معناداری 05/0P< اثر میگذارد. یافتهها یک چارچوب مقتضی از آسیبشناسی روانی را ارائه داد که در آن کمالگرایی ناسازگار بالا و حساسیت به تهدید بالا از طریق عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی موجب OCD میشود. این یافتهها میتواند در توسعه آسیبشناسی و کارآمدی مداخلات درمانی OCD مفید واقع شود.

طراحی، تدوین و استانداردسازی مقیاس ملی رفتارهای انطباقی در کودکان کم توان ذهنی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ویژگیهای روانسنجی مقیاس ملی رفتارهای انطباقی در کودکان کمتوان ذهنی بود. این مطالعه در حیطه طرحهای روانسنجی قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری متخصصان سنجش رفتار انطباقی، مربیان و والدین کودکان کمتوان ذهنی مراکز خصوصی و دولتی، سازمان بهزیستی و سازمان استثنائی استان تهران در سال 1397 بود که در حیطه جوامع نامحدود جای داشتند؛ به گونهای که تقریباً شامل 5000 نفر بودند و جنس مذکر آن 5/1 برابر جنس مؤنث را تشکیل داد. با تأکید بر نمونه در دسترس 1200 نفر انتخاب شدند. در نهایت، یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که مقیاس ملی رفتارهای انطباقی با استفاده از دو روش آلفا کرانباخ و دو نیمهکردن آزمون با اصلاح اسپیرمن- براون به ترتیب دارای ضرایب اعتبار 89/0 و 86/0 بوده که این امر نشاندهنده تجانس درونی مطلوب بود و همچنین، ضریب ثبات در پژوهش حاضر 79/0 بهدست آمد که ویژگی تکرارپذیری ابزار مذکور را تأیید کرد. مقیاس ملی رفتارهای انطباقی در هفت حیطه استفاده اجتماعی، عملکرد قبل از مدرسه، بهداشت و ایمنی، خودمراقبتی، اجتماعی و حرکتی دارای روایی تشخیصی بود و با توجه به تحلیل عامل اکتشافی 10 حیطه مقیاس ملی رفتارهای انطباقی بهعنوان یک سازه مشخص شد.

کارکردهای اجرایی سرد و داغ در افراد دارای اختلال نقص توجه/بیش فعالی: مطالعه مروری نظامند
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه مروری نظامند کارکردهای اجرایی سرد و داغ در افراد دارای اختلال نقصتوجه/بیشفعالی بود. دراینراستا، از طریق پژوهش مروری نظامند و جستوجوی کلیدواژههای تخصصی مرتبط با اختلال نقصتوجه/بیشفعالی و کارکردهای اجرایی سرد و داغ در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی تخصصی ایران و جهان شامل (Pupmed, Springer, ProQuest, Scopus, Elsevier, Science direct, Google Scholar, Magiran) بین سالهای 2015-2006 یافتهها و اطلاعات موردنظر جهت دستیابی به هدف پژوهش مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت. نتایج جستوجوی نشان داد که از نُه پژوهش انجامشده، غالب پژوهشها (چهار پژوهش) بر روی آزمودنیهای دارای اختلال ریاضی از سن 7 تا 12 و در پایه 6-2 انجام شده است. بیشتر پژوهشهای انجامشده از نوع مطالعات آزمایشی میباشند (با فراوانی هشت پژوهش). نتایج کارکردهای اجرایی سرد و داغ در افراد دارای اختلال نقصتوجه/بیشفعالی در سامانه داغ (تصمیمگیری) شامل نُه مطالعه و سامانه سرد شامل مهار واکنش، برنامهریزی، حلمسئله و حافظهکاری به ترتیب در 7، 2، 5 و 8 پژوهش مورد سنجش قرارگرفته است. مرور نتایج پژوهشها حاکی از وجود کمبودهایی در هر دو سامانه داغ (تصمیمگیری) و سرد (حلمسئله، حافظهکاری، مهار واکنش و برنامهریزی) در کودکان دارای اختلال نقصتوجه/ بیشفعالی است. با توجه به مشکلات این گروه از افراد در حوزه کارکردهای اجرایی طراحی و اجرای برنامه آموزشی و مداخلهای ضروری است.

مقایسه بارگذاری حافظه فعال در حالت استراحت و فعالیت مغز با استفاده از EEG در کودکان دارای اختلال یادگیری ویژه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تفاوت در بارگذاری حافظه فعال را در حالت استراحت و انجام تکلیف از طریق دامنه ریتم تتا در مناطق پیشپیشانی مغز، در کودکان دارای اختلال یادگیری ویژه بود. ثبت موج تتا در سه حالت چشم بسته (EC)، چشم باز (EO) و انجام تکلیف توجهی برو- نرو (VCPT) در 52 کودک 7 تا 12 ساله دارای اختلال یادگیری (22 دختر و 30 پسر) انجام شد. تشخیص اختلال یادگیری در این کودکان با استفاده از آزمون هوش استنفورد بینه و ارزیابی عملکرد تحصیلی فارسی انجام شد. دادهها از طریق نرمافزار WinEEG ثبت، کمی و در نرمافزار Spss با آزمون t همبسته تحلیل شد. نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از بالاتر بودن دامنه ریتم تتا در حین انجام تکلیف در مقایسه با دو شرایط دیگر ثبت مغزی در نواحی قدامی (Fz) بود. این یافته با دیگر مطالعات این حوزه در افراد سالم همخوان بود و نشان داد، هرچند نقص در حافظه فعال از ویژگیهای شناختی اصلی این گروه است، اما باز هم تلاش شناختی برای نگهداری و پردازش ذهنی اتفاق میافتد. بالابودن معناداری این تفاوت میتواند، دلیلی برای خطاهای توجهی این گروه از کودکان باشد؛ زیرا دامنه بلند ریتم تتا در مناطق پیشانی مغز با ورود اطلاعات نامرتبط به مسیرهای توجهی همراه است.
