The research method was quasi-experimental, utilizing a control group, pre-test, post-test and follow-up design. The statistical population of the current research consisted of all mothers with children under 5 years of age in Isfahan city in the second half of 2021. In this research 100 mothers were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups, each consisting of 50 women, using the voluntary and available sampling method. The experimental group was trained to relational savoring education during 4 one-hour sessions and once a week, while no intervention was done on the control group. The data from the study were analyzed through Covariance via SPSS23 software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mothers of the two experimental and control groups in the variable of conflict and confusion, and the research hypothesis was confirmed (P<0.001). Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that this short-term training can be effective in improving the mother-child relationship, in addition, they strengthen the mother's capabilities, پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش لذت بردن از روابط والد-کودک بر تعارض و سردرگمی مادران دارای کودک زیر 5 سال شهر اصفهان انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه مادران دارای فرزند زیر 5 سال شهر اصفهان در نیمه دوم سال 1401 تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش 100 مادر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به شیوۀ تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جای‌دهی شدند (هر گروه 50 مادر) و به پرسشنامه‌ کیفیت مراقبت مادرانه قنبری و همکاران(1390) در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش طی 4 جلسه‌ی یک ساعته و یک بار در هفته تحت آموزش لذت بردن از روابط والد-کودک قرار گرفتند. داده‌های پژوهش به شیوۀ تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره با نرم‌افزار 23SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین مادران دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در متغیر تعارض و سردرگمی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت و فرضیه پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (001/0P<). براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت این آموزش کوتاه‌مدت می‌تواند در بهبود ارتباط مادر و فرزند مؤثر باشد علاوه بر این توانمندی‌های مادری را تقویت می‌کنند . https://japr.ut.ac.ir/article_102153_47a9515a22a94a75a177d36fec014202.pdf
