The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) on psychological factors such as injury anxiety and performance improvement. There are models for linking psychological factors and injury that show that stress, anxiety, and worry can narrow the perception of vision and increase muscle tension, increase distraction and focus loss.Finding a way to reduce anxiety and improve performance is essential for professional athletes.the research method was quasi-experimental in which two experimental groups (mindfulness training group and electrical stimulation group) and one control group with pretest-posttest design were investigated.Statistical sample of the study was 36 volunteers who participated in this study. The results showed that mindfulness and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) by paired t-test had a significant effect on pre-test in both performance and anxiety variables (sig <0.05).Through Fisher test showed that the variables of injury anxiety in two groups of mindfulness and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), there was no significant difference (sig> 0.05).In this study, it can be concluded that mindfulness and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation both had a significant effect on these variables and that mindfulness is a more appropriate, low cost and accessible way for athletes to access it.
