تأثیر رواندرمانی پویشی فشردۀ کوتاهمدت بر هیجانطلبی و گرایش به پیمانشکنی زناشویی در زنان متأهل

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر رواندرمانی پویشی فشردۀ کوتاهمدت بر هیجانطلبی و گرایش به پیمانشکنی زناشویی در زنان متأهل بود. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با مرحلۀ پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ زنان متأهل مراجعهکننده به مراکز روانشناسی شهر تهران در سال 1401 بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، 40 نفر انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری جایگزین شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل مقیاس هیجانطلبی (SSS-V) و مقیاس گرایش به پیمانشکنی زناشویی (ATIS) بود. گروه آزمایش 9 جلسۀ هفتگی 90 دقیقهای تحت رواندرمانی پویشی فشردۀ کوتاهمدت قرار گرفت، اما گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها به روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر با نرمافزار SPSS نسخۀ 24 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد درمان مذکور در مرحلۀ پسآزمون و پیگیری نسبت به گروه کنترل اثربخشی معناداری بر کاهش هیجانطلبی و گرایش به پیمانشکنی زناشویی داشته است (0.05>P). براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، میتوان گفت رواندرمانی پویشی فشردۀ کوتاهمدت میتواند بهعنوان یک شیوۀ درمانی مناسب برای کاهش هیجانطلبی و کاهش گرایش به پیمانشکنی زناشویی در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی بهکار برده شود.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy on sensation seeking and the tendency to marital infidelity in married women. The pretest-posttest design was employed in this semi-experimental study, which included a control group and a two-month follow-up. The convenience sampling method was employed to randomly assign 40 individuals to two groups of 20. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all married women who visited the psychological facilities in Tehran city in 2022. Data collection tools included sensation seeking scale V (SSS-V) and attitudes toward infidelity scale (ATIS). The experimental group then underwent intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy for nine weekly sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. However, the control group did not receive any intervention. SPSS Version 24 was employed to conduct data analysis using analysis of variance with repeated measures. The results of the study showed that of short-term dynamic psychotherapy in post-test and follow up had a significant effect on sensation seeking and tendency to marital infidelity (P<0.05). The results of the present study suggest that short-term dynamic psychotherapy can be employed as a treatment method for sensation seeking and a propensity for marital infidelity in counseling centers and psychological services.
