Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of academic resilience in the relationship between spiritual well-being and psychological health of Farhangian University students. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection, the research was structural equation analysis. The statistical population included all male and female students of Farhangian University of South Khorasan province in the academic year of 2023-2024, numbering 2800 people. Based on the sampling table of Krejce and Morgan, using the stratified sampling method, 353 people(184boy and 169girl) were selected as the research sample from among the eligible people, and they were asked the Samuels Academic Resilience Questionnaires(ARI), Spiritual well-being Dehshiri et al.(SWBQ) and Goldberg's General Psychological Health(GHQ-28)answered. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling with SPSS-27 and Smart-pls-3. The findings showed that the coefficients of the direct path related to the relationship between spiritual well-being and academic resilience were positive and significant(p<0.01).The results of the bootstrap test showed that the path coefficient of the indirect relationship between spiritual well-being and psychological health through the mediating variable of academic resilience was significant(P<0.01). Also, obtaining the value of GOF=0.463 indicated the overall fit of the research model.
