Abstract

The aim of the research was to compare the effectiveness of memory appropriation training and behavioral activator on sedentary behavior and depressive symptoms of female adolescents with depression. The statistical population included all the students of 4 public and private schools in Kermanshah city in 1400. Random cluster sampling method and among them 45 people were randomly selected in three groups (two experimental groups and one group) based on the entry and exit criteria. control) were assigned. The Reynolds Children's Depression Inventory (RCDS) and the Children's Weekly Screening Scale were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS-22 software and multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that both treatments were effective in improving the level of depressive symptoms and sedentary behavior compared to the Gantrel group. The findings showed that memory specificity training reduces depression symptoms and behavioral activator reduces sedentary behavior. According to the findings of the research, it is possible to get help from the treatment of personalization of memories and behavioral activator together to reduce the symptoms of depression and depressed behavior in people.
