The statistical population of the study included all 13 to 17 years old divorce children who had access to Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram social networks. Thirty of them were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. The experimental group underwent Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for 8 sessions. Tools used in this study included the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RSPWB) and the Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI). The results of repeated-measures ANOVA (P<0/01 ) showed an increase in psychological well-being and happiness scores of the experimental group compared to the control group.
