The Journal of Applied Psychological Research (JAPR) is a quarterly peer-reviewed,  that encourages the publishing and scholarly dissemination of original studies that contribute new knowledge and understanding to fields of applied psychology.

JAPR primarily considers theoretical and empirical investigations that enhance understanding of cognitive, motivational, affective, and behavioral psychological phenomena.

JAPR publishes several types of articles, including research articles, reviews, theoretical/conceptual papers, methodological papers, and case studies. 

JAPR is one of the journals of University of Tehran, one of the top higher education institutes in Iran.

Article Processing Charges:  Yes. Publication charges are required from the author (authors must pay 2,000,000 Iranian Rials for review costs. Authors must pay 4,000,000 Rials for publication after acceptance). There is no charge if an article is rejected (before or after peer review), and there are no submission fees.

** The publication charges will be waived for international authors**

JAPR's revenue sources are based on author fees and organizational financial support.

Works published in JAPR will be distributed under a CC-BY-NC license.
