چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیشایندهای بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی در قالب یک مدل ساختاری بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری تمام دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. به منظور بررسی مدل پژوهش 874 نفر (265 نفر مرد، 598 نفر زن، 11 نفر از شرکت‌کنندگان جنسیت‌شان را اعلام نکردند) از دانشجویان دختر و پسر دوره کارشناسی با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان به مقیاس فرهنگ دانشگاه (UCS)، مقیاس تعهد اخلاقی (MOS) و مقیاس رفتار بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی (ADS) پاسخ دادند. به منظور بررسی روایی معیار بارهای عاملی، معیار فورنل-لارکر و شاخص نسبت خصیصه متفاوت به مشابه استفاده شد. برای بررسی پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی مرکب و Rho_A استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS-3 انجام شد. یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که نقش میانجی‌گری تعهد اخلاقی در رابطه بین فرهنگ دانشگاه و رفتار بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی معنی‌دار بود. فرهنگ دانشگاه و تعهد اخلاقی نقش مهمی در پیش‌بینی رفتار بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی دارند. نهادهای متعددی در معرض پیامدهای بی‌صداقتی تحصیلی قرار دارند که اینان ذی‌نفعان پژوهش حاضر هستند و می‌توانند از نتایج پژوهش حاضر استفاده نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the antecedents of academic dishonesty in the form of a Structural model. The research method was correlation using structural equation modeling and the statistical population was all undergraduate students of Shiraz University in the academic year 2021-2022. To investigate the research model, 874 people (265 men, 598 women, 11 of the participants did not declare their gender) female and male undergraduate students were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling method. Participants responded to the University Culture Scale (UCS), Moral Obligation Scale (MOS), and Academic Dishonesty Behavior Scale (ADS). The criterion of factor loadings, the Fornell-Larker criterion, and the index of the Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio of Correlations were used to check the validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficient, composite reliability, and Rho_A were used to check reliability. Data analysis was done using Smart PLS-3 software. The results showed that the mediating role of moral obligation was significant in the relationship between university culture and academic dishonesty. university culture and moral obligation play an important role in predicting academic dishonesty. Many institutions are exposed to the consequences of academic dishonesty, they are the beneficiaries of this research and can use the results of this research.
