چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه‌نگر بر ناگویی هیجانی و مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی شده نوجوانان طلاق انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را نوجوانان طلاق در دوره اول متوسطه آموزش و پرورش منطقه 14 شهر تهران در سال 1402-1401 تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش تعداد 36 نوجوان طلاق با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش (18 نفر) و گواه (17 نفر) جایدهی شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه‌نگر را طی ده هفته در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی (AQ) و سیاهه رفتاری کودکان و نوجوانان (CABI) بود. نتایج نشان داد که درمان درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه‌نگر بر ناگویی هیجانی و مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی شده نوجوانان طلاق تأثیر معنادار دارد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچه‌نگر با شناسایی هیجان‌ها، آموزش آگاهی هیجانی، ارزیابی مجدد شناختی، شناسایی الگوهای اجتناب از هیجان و بررسی رفتارهای ناشی از هیجان می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت کاهش ناگویی هیجانی و مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی شده نوجوانان طلاق مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of unified trans-diagnostic treatment on alexitimia and internalized behavioral problems of adolescent of divorce. The current study was a semi-experimental application with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up period. The statistical population of the present study was formed by the adolescent of divorce in the first period of secondary education in the 14th district of Tehran in the year 2022-2023. 36 adolescent of divorce were selected through purposive sampling method and randomly accommodated into experimental (18 people) and control groups (17 people). The experimental group received ten ninty-minute sessions of unified trans-diagnostic treatment during ten weeks. The applied questionnaires included Alexitimia Questionnaire (AQ) and Children and Adolescents Behavioral Inventory (CABI). The results showed that unified trans-diagnostic treatment has significant effect on the alexitimia and internalized behavioral problems of adolescent of divorce. According to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that unified trans-diagnostic treatment can be used as an efficient method to decrease alexitimia and internalized behavioral problems of adolescent of divorce through Identifying emotions, teaching emotional awareness, cognitive re-evaluation, identifying patterns of avoiding emotions and examining behaviors caused by emotions.
