The objective of the current study was to the effectiveness of relational savoring education with the child on conflict and confusion of mothers with children under 5 years old in Isfahan. The research method was quasi-experimental, utilizing a control group, pre-test, post-test and follow-up design. The statistical population of the current research consisted of all mothers with children under 5 years of age in Isfahan city in the second half of 2021. In this research 100 mothers were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups, each consisting of 50 women, using the voluntary and available sampling method. The experimental group was trained to relational savoring education during 4 one-hour sessions and once a week, while no intervention was done on the control group. The data from the study were analyzed through Covariance via SPSS23 software. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mothers of the two experimental and control groups in the variable of conflict and confusion, and the research hypothesis was confirmed (P<0.001).
