رابطۀ کیفیت خواب و میزان فعالیت بدنی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی درک‌شدۀ کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ کیفیت خواب و میزان فعالیت بدنی با پیشرفت تحصیلی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی شهر اهواز در سال 1401 بودند که از میان آنان به‌صورت هدفمند و با نرم‌افزار جی پاور، 142 نفر (80 دختر و 82 پسر) انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ عادات خواب کودکان (CSHQ)، پرسشنامۀ فعالیت بدنی کودکان و نوجوانان (C-PAQ)، پرسشنامۀ اختلال هماهنگی رشدی (DCD) و پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی تحصیلی درک شدۀ دانش‌آموزان (CPASEI) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS-25 انجام گرفت و برای مدل ساختاری تحقیق از نرم‌افزار Amos-18 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین کیفیت خواب و پیشرفت تحصیلی و بین فعالیت بدنی با پیشرفت تحصیلی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (0/001 =P). همچنین براساس نتایج، فعالیت بدنی بر کیفیت خواب اثر معنادار دارد (0/001=P). میزان رابطۀ بین کیفیت خواب با سطح فعالیت بدنی 0/248= r بود. نتایج رگرسیون مشخص کرد ارتباط معنی‌داری بین فعالیت بدنی، کیفیت خواب و پیشرفت تحصیلی وجود دارد (0/0001=P)، به این ترتیب که فعالیت بدنی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی از طریق کیفیت خواب اثر غیرمستقیم دارد (0/74=R؛ میزان اثر خالص فعالیت بدنی=0/16). مطابق نتایج آزمون تحلیل مسیر، فعالیت بدنی و کیفیت خواب درمجموع می‌توانند تغییرات پیشرفت تحصیلی را پیش‌بینی کنند (0/0001=P). با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت فعالیت بدنی و سپس خواب مطلوب در میان کودکان مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی، پیشرفت تحصیلی آن‌ها را در پی خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this investigation was to examine the relationship of sleep quality and physical activity with academic achievement among children who have developmental coordination disorder. The research is descriptive- correlational in nature. The population of children with developmental coordination disorder in Ahvaz city was targeted in 2022, and 142 individuals were selected using G*Power software. The research tools consisted of the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ), Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C), Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionaire (DCDQ), and Children’s Perceived Academic Self-Efficacy Inventory (CPASEI). The structural model of the investigation was developed using AMOS18 software, and data analysis was conducted using Spss 25. The findings indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between academic achievement and sleep quality, as well as between academic achievement and physical activity (P=0.001). Moreover, the findings indicated that the quality of sleep is significantly influenced by physical activity (P=0.001). The correlation between sleep quality and physical activity level was r=0.248. The regression results indicated a significant relationship between physical activity, sleep quality and academic achievement (P=0.001). In this way, the quality of slumber affects academic achievement indirectly (R coefficient=0.74; the net effect of physical activity: 0.16). The path analysis test results indicated that variations in academic achievement can be predicted by physical activity and sleep quality (P=0.001). It has been determined that the academic success of children with developmental coordination disorder will be influenced by their physical activity and subsequent sleep quality.
