چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و درماندگی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی، پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمام مادران دارای فرزند کم‌توان ذهنی بود که سال ۱۴۰۱ در مدارس استثنایی شهر اراک تحصیل می‌کردند. انتخاب نمونه به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار G-Power، ابتدا به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از بین مدارس کم‌توان ذهنی شهر اراک صورت گرفت. سپس ۳۲ نفر از مادران این کودکان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گمارده شدند. هردو گروه، ابتدا پرسشنامۀ نگرش‌های ناکارآمد (DAS) و پرسشنامۀ سلامت روان بشارت (MHI) را برای سنجش درماندگی روان‌شناختی تکمیل کردند. سپس گروه آزمایش به مدت ۹ جلسۀ ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش پروتکل شناختی-رفتاری ویلدرموت قرار گرفت، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. در آخر هردو گروه بار دیگر پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش را تکمیل کردند و پس از یک ماه جلسۀ پیگیری برگزار شد. داده‌های پژوهش به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره (MONKOVA) و با نرم‌افزار SPSS-26 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد درمان شناختی-رفتاری موجب کاهش معنادار نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و درماندگی روان‌شناختی در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است؛ بنابراین می‌توان از این روش برای ارتقای سلامت روان مادران، مدیریت نگرش‌ها و افزایش استقامت آن‌ها در برابر فشارهای روانی استفاده کرد.

چکیده English

The purpose of the current study was to examine the impact of cognitive behavioral therapy on ineffective attitudes and psychological helplessness of mothers of mentally retarded children. The research method was quasi-experimental, pre-test-post-test, and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the research comprised all mothers with intellectually disabled children who were enrolled in exceptional schools in Arak city in 2022. The G-Power software was used to select the sample. It conducted available sampling among mentally retarded schools in Arak city. Subsequently, 32 mothers of these children were selected through purposive sampling and randomly assigned to two groups. Initially, the Weizman and Beck’s Dysfunctional Attitudes Questionnaire (DAS) and the Besharat’s Mental Health Questionnaire (MHI) were administered to both groups to assess psychological helplessness. The experimental group was subsequently trained for nine 90-minute sessions in accordance with Wildermut’s cognitive behavioral protocol, while the control group received no intervention. Ultimately, both groups completed the research questionnaires once more, and a follow-up meeting was conducted one month later. The research data were analyzed through multivariate analysis of covariance (MONKOVA) and SPSS-26. Cognitive behavioral therapy has resulted in a substantial decrease in psychological helplessness and ineffective attitudes among mothers of mentally retarded children in comparison to the control group, according to the research findings. Therefore, this approach has the potential to enhance the mental well-being of mothers, regulate their attitudes, and enhance their resilience to psychological stressors.
