This research was done with the aim of identifying the components of career development for secondary school students and analyzing the strategies, causal, intervening, background conditions and the consequences of the therapeutic relationship. The current research method is practical and qualitative type of grounded Theory. The population of this research included all students of the secondary school. The purposeful sampling was of a theoretical type and continued until the limit of theoretical saturation and the selection of 30 students. The participants were subjected to semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, Corbin and Strauss theme analysis method was used. Data analysis led to the production of 15 main themes including the development components, background factors (social contexts, individual contexts and cultural contexts), causal factors (external factors and internal factors), intervention factors. (organizational obstacles, role of peers and social problems, individual problems), strategies (individual empowerment, career path empowerment, family empowerment) and outcomes (improving individual mental health, improving family mental health and social progress) 44 sub-themes and 360 codes were opened.
