نقش میانجی نظم‌بخشی هیجان در رابطۀ بین اضطراب کرونا و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دانشجویان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی نظم‌بخشی هیجان در رابطۀ بین اضطراب کرونا و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت دانشجویان انجام شد. در مطالعه‌ای توصیفی-مقطعی، از میان 18 هزار دانشجو در استان گیلان در زمستان 1399، تعداد 369 دانشجو (زن و مرد) به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های زمینه‌یابی سلامت (SF-36)، پرسشنامۀ مهارت‌های نظم‌بخشی هیجان (ERSQ) و مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا (CDAS) که به شکل برخط تنظیم شده بودند، داوطلبانه پاسخ دادند. پردازش داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و فن مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به‌وسیلۀ نرم‌افزار AMOS-24 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد بین اضطراب بیماری کرونا ویروس و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت و نظم‌بخشی هیجان رابطۀ منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0p<). مدل میانجی نیز دارای برازش مطلوب است (944/0CFI=، 074/0RMSEA=). تحلیل بوت‌استراپ در برنامۀ MACRO نرم‌افزار SPSS-24 مشخص کرد نظم‌بخشی هیجان در رابطۀ بین اضطراب کرونا و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت نقش میانجی‌گرانۀ معنی‌دار ندارد (1998/0p=). براساس نتایج می‌توان گفت به‌دلیل نقش پراهمیت اضطراب در کیفیت زندگی مرتبط به سلامت، لازم است درمانگران و مسئولان سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان بهداشتی، در مواجهه با شرایط بهداشتی و سلامتی، مواجهۀ سازگارانه با اضطراب را در کاربست اقدامات خود قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

The primary objective of this research was to ascertain the extent to which emotion regulation acts as a mediator between covid-19 anxiety and students' HRQoL. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in Guilan province in the winter of 2021, involving 18,000 students. A total of 369 students wer​e selected at random and provided their responses voluntarily on three scales: the Health Survey Questionnaire (SF-36), the Emotion Regulation Skills Questionnaire (ERSQ), and the online-adjusted Corona Disease Anxiety Scale (CDAS). The AMOS-24 software was utilized to conduct the data processing, employing the Pearson correlation coefficient and SEM technique. A statistically significant negative relationship was observed between anxiety related to the coronavirus and both HRQoL and emotion. A good fit was obtained by the mediator model (CFI = 0.944, RMSEA = 0.074). The results of the bootstrap analysis conducted using the MACRO program of SPSS-24 software indicate that there is no significant mediating effect of emotion regulation on the relationship between corona disease anxiety and HRQoL (p = 0.1998). The findings suggest that the important role of anxiety on HRQoL be considered and therapists and those in charge of macro-health policies put on the agenda the implementation of enterprises in the face with health conditions, the issue of coping with anxiety in their outcomes.
