اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ابرازگری هیجانی و عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ابرازگری هیجانی و عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور انجام گرفت. این پژوهش با روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. دوره پیگیری نیز دوماهه اجرا شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به کلنیک ناباروری بیمارستان مادر و کودک و کلنیک ناباروری ثمر شهر شیراز در فصل زمستان سال 1400 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 36 زن نابارور با روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را طی دو و نیم ماه در 10 جلسه دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامه های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ابرازگری هیجانی (EEQ) (کینگ و آمونز، ۱۹۹۰) و پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی (SFQ) (کراسکیان موجمباری و کیب اله، 1393) بود. داده های جمع آوری شده به شیوه تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ابرازگری هیجانی و عملکرد جنسی زنان نابارور تأثیر معنادار دارد (p<0/001).

The present study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of acceptance and commitment therapy on the emotional expression and sexual function in infertile women’s. It was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest and control group design. Two-month follow-up period was administered too. The statistical population included infertile women who referred to infertility clinic at Mother and Child Hospital and Samar infertility clinic in the city of Shiraz in the winter of 2021. 36 infertile women were selected through voluntary sampling method and randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received ten sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy during two-and-a-half-months. The applied questionnaires in this study included Emotional Expression Questionnaire (EEQ) (King, Emmons, 1990) and Sexual Function Questionnaire (Keraskian, Mojembari and Kaiballah, 2014). The collected data were analyzed through mixed ANOVA via SPSS23 software. The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy has significant effect on the emotional expression and sexual function in infertile women’s (p<0.001). According to the findings of the study it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy can be used as an efficient method to increase the emotional expression and sexual function in infertile women’s through forming psychological resilience and making mental acceptance
