طراحی برنامه ارزیابی رفتاری مبتنی بر مدل دیسک ویلیام و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر سطح سازگاری آموزشی نوجوانان با بیمار کرونایی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی برنامه ارزیابی رفتاری مبتنی بر مدل دیسک ویلیام و بررسی اثربخشی آن بر سطح سازگاری آموزشی نوجوانان با بیمار کرونایی انجام پذیرفت. طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و جامعه آماری شامل نوجوانان 13 تا 18 ساله ساکن شهرستان نقده که در خانواده خود فرد مبتلا به کووید 19 در سال 1400 داشتند بود. حجم نمونه آماری، 40 نفر از جامعه آماری مذکور بود که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس گزینش و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش جایدهی شدند. برای گروه آزمایش 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای جلسات مبتنی بر مدل دیسک ویلیام مولتون مارستون انجام شد و گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت نکرد. در این پژوهش، برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ سازگاری آموزشی سینها و سینگ (1993) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین سطح سازگاری آموزشی در گروه آزمایش، پس از مداخله دیسک در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به طور معناداری کاهش پیدا کرده است (01/0P<). با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت مداخله مبتنی بر دیسک منجر به بهبود سطح سازگاری آموزشی در نوجوانان با بیمار کووید 19 می‌شود.

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of William Moulton Marston’s DISC model intervention On the level of educational adaptation of adolescents with Covid-19 patients. The research was a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test and control groups and the statistical population included adolescents aged 13 to 18 years living in Naghadeh who had a person with Covid-19 in their family in 2021. The statistical sample size was 40 people (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group) from the statistical population who were selected by the available sampling method and randomly placed in the control and experimental groups. For the experimental group, 10 sessions of 90-minute sessions based on William Moulton Marston’s DISC model were performed and the control group did not receive any treatment. In this study, Inventory Adjustment of Students Sinha & Singh was used to collect data. The results showed that the mean level of educational adjustment in the experimental group decreased significantly after DISC intervention compared to the control group (P <0.01). According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the DISC model intervention improves the level of educational adjustment in adolescents with Covid-19 patient.
