The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of perceived interactional justice in the relationship between transformational leadership, managers' communication competence, and emotional intelligence with organizational communication satisfaction. This study was a correlational research using structural equation modeling. The statistical population was the official employees of the National Iranian South Oil Company in 2025, from which 381 employees(259 men and 122 women)were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments included Organizational Communication Satisfaction (OCS), Global Transformational Leadership (GTL), Perceived Interactional Justice (PIJ), Emotional Intelligence (EI), and Managers' Communication Competence (MCC) questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS software version 25. The proposed model had a good fit, and the results showed that transformational leadership, perceived interactional justice, emotional intelligence, and managers' communication competence had a significant positive direct effect on organizational communication satisfaction and indirectly through perceived interactional justice. The findings suggest that simultaneous attention to managers' leadership style, fairness in interactions, employees' emotional intelligence, and improvement of managers' communication competence can lead to increased organizational communication satisfaction and improved organizational relationships. Accordingly, it is recommended that organizational managers prioritize the development of these variables in their educational and managerial programs.
