اثربخشی نوروفیدبک در ترکیب با بازی های شناختی بر کاهش علائم سلوک کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه اثربخشی نوروفیدبک با بازی­های شناختی بر کاهش مشکلات سلوک کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بیش­فعالی صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه­آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 20 نفر از دانش­آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/بیش­فعالی به شیوه نمونه­گیری هدفمند در دو گروه آزمایش (میانگین سنی 2/10 و انحراف معیار 03/1) و کنترل (میانگین سنی  2/9 و انحراف معیار 91/0)  به تصادف گمارده شدند. کلیه آزمودنی­ها قبل و بعد از درمان با مقیاس تشخیصی اختلال بیش­فعالی- کم‌توجهی کودکان کانرز بزرگسالان (فرم والد و فرم معلم) در دو مرحله (پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون) ارزیابی شدند. تحلیل داده­ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس بیانگر تغییرات نمرات شرکت­کنندگان از پیش­آزمون به پس­آزمون است. به نحوی که آموزش نوروفیدبک در ترکیب با بازی­های شناختی باعث بهبود مشکلات سلوک کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه همراه با بیش­فعالی شده است (01/0>P).  این تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین اندازه اثر 20 جلسه آموزش نوروفیدبک در ترکیب با بازی­های شناختی بر کاهش مشکلات سلوک به میزان 37 درصد بوده است.
