اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی بر میزان رضایت زناشویی و شادمانی زنان در دوران آشیانه خالی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی بر میزان رضایت زناشویی و شادمانی زنان در دوران آشیانه خالی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش به روش آزمایشی با طرح شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به سرای محله باغ فردوس واقع در منطقه یک شهر تهران که در نیمه دوم سال 1396 و نیمه اول سال 1397 به سرای محله باغ فردوس مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه شامل 30 نفر از افراد جامعه بودند که به­روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به­صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) گماشته شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ فرم کوتاه و پرسشنامه شادمانی آکسفورد بود. به­منظور ارزیابی داده­های پژوهش از روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری جهت بررسی متغیر رضایت زناشویی و مؤلفه­های آن، و از روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیری برای بررسی متغیر شادمانی استفاده شد. با­ توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می­توان استنباط کرد مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر واقعیت درمانی منجر به افزایش رضایت زناشویی و شادمانی زنان در دوران آشیانه خالی شده است. به­عبارت دیگر، واقعیت درمانی می­تواند روش سودمندی در زمینه افرایش رضایت زناشویی، شادمانی زنان و همچنین به وجود آمدن فضای حمایتی ایمن به لحاظ روانی و عاطفی باشد.
