مدل پیش‌بینی رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و گرایش به خودکشی براساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازمان شخصیت در نوجوانان دانش‌آموز: نقش واسطه‌ای راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجانی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مدل پیش‌بینی رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان براساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و سازمان شخصیت در نوجوانان با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان بود. روش مطالعه از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری 700 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر شاغل به تحصیل در دوره متوسطه مدارس دولتی، در سال 97-96 منطقه‌ 16 شهر تهران بود. گروه نمونه 700 دانش‌آموز دختر در رده سنی 17-15 سال بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان (SHI)، تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی (CERQ)، ابعاد دلبستگی والدین و همسالان (IPPA)، مقیاس چندرویکردی گرایش به خودکشی (MAST) و سیاهه سازمان شخصیت کرنبرگ (IPO) پاسخ دادند. یافته‌ها پیش‌بینی‌پذیری رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان و گرایش به خودکشی در نوجوانان را با توجه به نقش میانجی راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان براساس نوع سبک دلبستگی و سازمان شخصیت نشان می‌دهد. همچنین جهت‌گیری دلبستگی ناایمن و داشتن سازمان شخصیت مرزی می‌تواند پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ راهبردهای ناسازگار تنظیم هیجان در نوجوانان باشد. این نتیجه در راستای دیگر یافته‌ها و مبانی نظریه‌ای بوده و ارزیابی سه متغیر سبک دلبستگی، سازمان شخصیت و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، می‌تواند در تدوین برنامه پیشگیری و مداخله درمانی نوجوانان با رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان استفاده شود

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self- harm behaviors (SHB) and tendency to suicide with attachment styleand personality organization with mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies (CERS) among adolescent. Using structural equation modeling, 700 girl students were selected from high schools in Tehran (district 16) through multi-stage cluster sampling in Academic year 2017-2018. All participants were asked to complete Self-Harm Inventory, Multi-Attitude Suicide Tendency Scale, Inventory of parent and peer attachment, Personality Organization Inventory and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. The results revealed predictability of self- harm behaviors/ suicide tendency based on the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies on the relationship between attachment styles and personality organization.Results also indicated thatinsecure attachment orientations and borderline personality organization can predict negative emotion regulation strategiesin adolescence. Findings of the current study are consistent with previous studies and theoretical stance and evaluating three variables including attachment styles, personality organization and cognitive emotion regulation strategies can be used to formulate aprevention and intervention program for treatment of adolescence with self-harm behaviors.
