اثربخشی یادگیری مستقل بر پیشرفت‌ تحصیلی، خودکارآمدی‌‌ تحصیلی و اضطراب‌ امتحان دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه هفتم شهر اصفهان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی یادگیری‌ مستقل بر پیشرفت تحصیلی، خودکارآمدی ‌تحصیلی و اضطراب‌ امتحان دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه هفتم شهر اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش از نوع کاربردی در دسته پژوهش‌های نیمه‌تجربی به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری را دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه هفتم شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 تشکیل می‌دادند. به‌منظور انتخاب نمونه از بین مدارس ناحیه‌ 5 اصفهان دو مدرسه و از بین این مدارس30 دانش‌آموز براساس ملاک‌های ورود و خروج انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین‌ شدند‌. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از معدل‌تحصیلی و ریز‌نمرات (ریاضی، علوم، فارسی و تعلیمات اجتماعی)‌، پرسشنامه‌های خودکارآمدی‌تحصیلی (ASES) و اضطراب امتحان (TAI) استفاده شد. همچنین از پرسشنامه‌های انگیزه پیشرفت (A.M.T) و آزمون هوش ماتریس‌های پیشرفته ‌ریون (APM)،‌ هم به‌منظور سنجش دو متغیر کنترل انگیزه‌ پیشرفت و بهره‌‌هوشی در مرحله‌ پیش‌آزمون استفاده شد. آزمودنی‌های گروه‌ آزمایش طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش یادگیری‌ مستقل- براساس راهنمای پرورش یادگیری مستقل ی هاروی و چیکی وولف (1392)- را دریافت کردند، ولی گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 23-SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس (مانکوا) نشان داد که آموزش یادگیری مستقل بر پیشرفت تحصیلی (‌معدل و ریزنمرات علوم، فارسی و تعلیمات اجتماعی) و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان تأثیر معنا‌دار داشته است، ولی بر اضطراب امتحان و نمره ‌ریاضی دانش‌آموزان تأثیر معنا‌دار نداشته است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش یادگیری مستقل، می‌تواند در بهبود پیشرفت تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان مؤثر باشد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to examine the efficacy of the Independent Learning program (IL) on academic achievement, academic self-efficacy, and test anxiety of female students in seventh grade in Isfahan.The research method was quasi-experimental using pre-test, post-test, and control group .In order to choose a sample, among all schools of 5 regions, 4 schools, 30 students selected who met the inclusion criteria. They were randomly assigned to two groups of experimental (15 students) and control (15 students). In addition to academic Self-efficacy Test (ASES) and Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI), the Achievement and Motivation test of Herman (A.M.T), and Raven intelligence test (APM), were used in this research. Students in the experimental group received Independent Learning program in 10 ninety-minute sessions. Independent Learning program is based on Harvey and Chickie-Wolfe's book (2007) translated by Abedi and Azimifar (1393). The Results The results of the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) showed that Independent Learning program significantly increased students’ academic self-efficacy and their average academic achievement in natural science, Farsi literature, and social science; but had no effect on their test anxiety and mathematics scores.
