The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on improving selective attention, cognitive flexibility and academic progress of students with special learning disorders. This research is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of method and semi-experimental in terms of data collection, which was carried out with a pre-test-post-test design using an experimental group and a control group. The statistical population includes all knowledge. There were elementary school students with specific learning disabilities in Zanjan city in the academic year of 2021-2022, and 40 students were selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. The experimental group received cognitive rehabilitation interventions for 12 sessions. The data were collected with computerized Stroop test (SCWT) and Wisconsin (WCST) and analyzed with spss24 software and analysis of covariance test. The findings showed that after providing cognitive rehabilitation, the amount of selective attention, cognitive flexibility and educational progress of the subjects increased and between the post-test scores of the group There was a significant difference between the test and the control (P˂0.05).
