The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of optimal experience educational package based on csikszentmihalyi's theory on innovative behaviors and effective teaching of primary school teachers. The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, control group and 2 month follow-up. The statistical population of the research included elementary school teachers in Isfahan city in the academic year of 2020-2021. In this research, 30 primary school teachers were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The teachers in the experimental group received the optimal experience educational package based on csikszentmihalyi's theory during seven weeks in seven sessions of 90 minutes. The applied questionnaires in this study included innovative behaviors questionnaire and effective teaching questionnaire. The data from the study were analyzed through variance with repeated measures via SPSS23 statistical software. The results showed that optimal experience educational package based on csikszentmihalyi's theory enjoys a suitable content validity from the experts’ viewpoint. Moreover, this package has had effect on the innovative behaviors and effective teaching of primary school teachers.
