رابطۀ بین فرهنگ سازمانی، وضوح خود-پنداره و گروه‌های بومی با هویت سازمانی با استفاده از تکنیک مدل‌سازمدلسازی معادلۀ ساختاری

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطۀ فرهنگ سازمانی، وضوح خودپنداره و گروه‌های بومی با هویت سازمانی کارکنان مجتمع مس سرچشمۀ رفسنجان پرداخته شد. مطالعۀ حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ کارکنان رسمی مجتمع مس سرچشمه بود که در سال 1399 در آن مجتمع مشغول به‌کار بودند. از بین 5191 نفر پرسنل، 420 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفادۀ این پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامۀ هویت سازمانی چنی (COIQ)، پرسشنامۀ وضوح خودپندارۀ کمبل (CSS) و ابزار ارزیابی فرهنگ سازمانی کامرون-کویین (OCAI). تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش به روش تحلیل مسیر و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار Amos-22 صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد علاوه بر رابطۀ مستقیم بین وضوح خودپنداره و هویت سازمانی، وضوح خودپنداره به‌عنوان متغیر واسط بین فرهنگ سازمانی و هویت سازمانی نقش‌آفرینی می‌کند. همچنین براساس نتایج، بین گروه‌های بومی و هویت سازمانی نیز رابطه وجود دارد. گروه‌های بومی علاوه بر هویت سازمانی با فرهنگ سازمانی نیز در ارتباط هستند. براساس نتایج تحقیق می‌توان رابطۀ بین هویت سازمانی با فرهنگ سازمانی، وضوح خودپنداره و گروه‌های بومی را تأیید کرد.

چکیده [English]

In the present study the relationship between self-concept clarity, organizational culture and indigenous groups with the organizational identity of Sarcheshmeh Rafsanjan copper complex personnel has been investigated. The present study was conducted in a descriptive manner and was correlational in nature. The Sarcheshmeh copper complex’s official personnel who were employed there in 2020 comprise the statistical population of this study. Out of 5191 employed personnel, 420 were selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments used in this study are the Cheney's organizational identity questionnaire, Campbell's self-concept clarity questionnaire and Cameron-Quinn organizational culture assessment tool. The Amos-22 software was employed to conduct the path analysis technique for the analysis of research data. The results showed that, in addition to the direct relationship between self-concept clarity and organizational identity, self-concept clarity functions as a mediating variable between organizational culture and organizational identity. Additionally, the findings indicate a relationship between indigenous groups and organizational identity. Organizational culture is also linked to indigenous communities, in addition to organizational identity. The relationship between organizational identity and organizational culture, self-concept clarity, and indigenous groups can be verified based on the research results.
