The purpose of this research was to investigate the pattern of structural relationships of teachers' work engagement based on creative thinking and critical thinking with the mediating role of positive and negative perfectionism. This research is practical in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive-correlational information. The statistical population of the research was the teachers of the second year of high school in 4 districts of Shiraz in the academic year2018-2019, and 231 teachers(103 men and128 women)were selected by two-stage cluster random sampling method. The measurement tools included California Critical Thinking Skills Test(CCTST Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES), Positive and Negative Perfectionism Scale(PANPS) and Creative Thinking Test(CT). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS (version 25) and AMOS (version 24) software. Examining the fit indicators, all the reported indicators of the conceptual model of the research have a good level of fit and the structure of the model was confirmed. The results of the structural equation model showed that the variables of creative thinking and critical thinking directly have a significant positive effect on work engagement and indirectly through the mediation of positive and negative perfectionism and the total effect is increased compared to the initial effect.
