تاثیر شدت های مختلف (خفیف و متوسط) تمرین مقاومتی حاد بر کنترل بازداری سالمندان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی حاد با شدت‌های خفیف و متوسط بر کنترل بازداری سالمندان بالای 60 سال است. 40 سالمند سالم به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب،‌ و به‌صورت تصادفی در یک گروه تجربی و کنترل طبقه‌بندی شدند. کنترل بازداری توسط وظیفه اصلاح شده اریکسن فلانکر طی سه مرحله قبل، 15 دقیقه و 180 دقیقه بعد از برنامه تمرینی قدرتی با شدت‌های خفیف (40RM%10) و متوسط (70% RM10) برای گروه تجربی ارزیابی شد. داده­ها توسط آزمون آماری آنالیز کوواریانس اندازه­های تکراری در سطح معنی داری 05/0 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.نتایج نشان داد که تمرین مقاومتی حاد تأثیر معنی‌داری بر روی زمان پاسخ و شاخص بازداری در آزمون اصلاح شده اریکسن فلانکر در سالمندان دارد. علاوه بر این، جنسیت تأثیر معنی‌داری بر روی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی (شدت متوسط و خفیف) بر کنترل بازداری کار ندارد، در حالی‌که شدت تمرین و زمان اجرای آزمون استرنبرگ بعد از تمرین مقاومتی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر نتایج آزمون دارد. یک وهله تمرین مقاومتی حاد در سالمندان می­تواند باعث تقویت مهار پاسخ­های رفتاری غالب، ناخواسته و عادتی (پاسخ­های prepotent) و افکار مزاحم و به نوبه بهبود تمرکز توجه بر روی موضوع اصلی شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of study was to investigate the effect of acute resistance training with low to moderate intensity on inhabitation control in the the older adults.  40 healthy older were randomly assigned into an experimental and control groups. The inhabitation control was assessed by the Modified Eriksen flanker task, conducted in the three stages; before intervention, 15 and 180 minutes after intervention. Strength training for the experimental group were performed with low intensity (40% -10RM) and moderate (70% -10RM). Data were analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA at a significant level of 0.05. The study showed that acute resistance training had a significant effect on the response time and inhibition index of the Modified Eriksen flanker task in the older adults (p <0.05). In addition, the gender had no significant impact on the effect of resistance training on inhabitation control (P> 0.05), while the exercise intensity and Eriksen flanker test conduct time after resistance training had a significant effect on the test results (p <0/05). Acute resistance training in the elderly can improved the inhibitation of dominant, unwanted and habitual behavioral responses (prepotent responses) and intrusive thoughts and, in turn, improve the focus of attention on the main subject.
