بررسی اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تبعیض جنسیتی بر رضایت زناشویی با میانجی‌گری ادراک انصاف

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تبعیض جنسیتی بر رضایت زناشویی با میانجی ‌گری ادراک انصاف بود. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش حاضر معلمان زن آموزش و پرورش شهرستان اهواز در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بودند که به روش نمونه ‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ­ای 200 نفر از معلمان زن متأهل به‌ عنوان نمونه‌ پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ ها شامل پرسشنامه تبعیض جنسی دوسوگرا (1996)، خرده­ مقیاس رضایت زناشویی از پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1993) و پرسشنامه ادراک انصاف پری (2004) است. داده‌ ها به روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. مدل ‌های ارزیابی شده در نمونه پژوهش از شاخص ­های برازندگی قابل قبولی برخوردار بود. با توجه به ضرایب مسیر به­‌ دست آمده مسیرهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم پژوهش معنادار شدند. نتایج به ­دست آمده مدل­ ارائه شده و مضامین آموزشی و درمانی حاصل از این پژوهش مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect effect of sexism on marital satisfaction with mediating role of perceived fairness in married women employed in government offices in Ahvaz. The participants of the study were 200 married female teachers selected by multi-stage sampling method. The instruments used in this study consisted of Sexism Inventory(ASI), Measure Perceived Equity (MPE) and Enrich Marital Satisfaction Inventory (ENRICH). Data were analyzed using structural equation analysis. Results showed that proposed model had a good fitness. Regarding the path coefficients, direct and indirect routes of research were significant. The results obtained and the models presented in this study are discussed in terms of their therapeutic and educational implications.
