تأثیر درمان بین فردی فراشناختی بر کیفیت زناشویی مرد خودشیفته: مطالعه موردی

چکیده

شخصیت نقشی اساسی در روابط زناشویی دارد. خودشیفتگی به علت رویکرد متمرکز بر خود، فقدان همدلی و خشونت مانع از ایجاد روابط صمیمانه می­شود. درمان خودشیفتگی با موفقیت امکان‌پذیر است، اما نیاز به یک درک کامل از آسیب‌شناسی و روش­های بالینی مناسب دارد. درمان بین فردی فراشناختی (MIT) برای درمان خودشیفتگی فرایندی گام ‌به‌  گام اتخاذ می­کند که منجر به کاهش تدریجی فرایندهای خودشیفتگی می­شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر درمان بین­فردی فراشناختی بر کیفیت زناشویی مرد خودشیفته انجام ‌گرفته است. به­علت عمیق بودن مشکلات شخصیت و طولانی بودن درمان روش پژوهش حاضر پژوهش موردی است. در این مطالعه، آزمودنی مرد 28 ساله بود که با استفاده از مصاحبه بالینی و پرسشنامه­ی شخصیت خودشیفته (NPI-40) مبتلا به مشکلات زناشویی و خودشیفتگی تشخیص داده شد. درمان بین­فردی فراشناختی بیست ‌و یک جلسه و در طول یک سال انجام شد. نتیجه در ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زناشویی برای مرد و زن یکسان نبود و مسائل فرهنگی نیز نقش مهمی در فرایند درمان داشتند. اما به‌طورکلی، درمان باعث افزایش کیفیت زناشویی فرد و همسرش شد.
