اثر آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر عواطف مثبت و منفی و پیچیدگی عاطفی: بررسی تغییرات در طول زمان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر تأثیر آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر عواطف مثبت و منفی و پیچیدگی عاطفی را در بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل مورد بررسی قرار داد. پیچیدگی عاطفی به عنوان همبستگی عاطفه مثبت و منفی تعریف می­شود. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی بوده و جامعه آن دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه زنجان که در سال تحصیلی 95-96 در این دانشگاه تحصیل می‌کردند، بودند. 40 نفر از این افراد، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. 20 نفر به عنوان گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر دیگر به عنوان گروه کنترل، قرار داده شدند. پس از 8 نوبت اندازه­گیری به گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه آموزش ذهن آگاهی ارائه شد و گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. پس از آموزش هر دو گروه 8 نوبت اندازه­گیری پیگیری داشتند. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس عاطفه مثبت و منفی (PANAS) است که توسط واتسن و تلگن (1988) ساخته شده است. شیوه اجرا به صورت الکترونیک بود و از آزمودنی­ها خواسته شد در فواصل 48 ساعته و بین ساعات 19 تا 21 مقیاس را با استفاده از لینک دریافتی تکمیل، و به پژوهشگر ارسال کنند. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری، تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر، تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و t مستقل تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ذهن آگاهی موجب افزایش عاطفه مثبت و پیچیدگی عاطفی و کاهش عاطفه منفی می‌شود. بر اساس این یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت، ذهن آگاهی نقش مهمی در رشد عواطف افراد در زندگی ایفا می‌کند.
