بررسی نقش میانجی امنیت روانی در رابطه خودارزشمندی و انسجام خانواده با رضایت از زندگی زناشویی دبیران زن

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی امنیت روانی در رابطه خودارزشمندی و انسجام خانواده با رضایت از زندگی زناشویی دبیران زن انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه دبیران زن شهرخوی در سال 1400 بود که 285 نفر به عنوان نمونه ی پژوهش به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی فورز و السون (1989)، پرسشنامه وابستگی ارزش خود کراکر و همکاران (2003)، پرسشنامه امنیت روانی مزلو (1952) و پرسشنامه انسجام خانواده سامانی (1387) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد و در کلیه تجزیه و تحلیل‌های آماری این پژوهش از نرم افزار Amos وSPSS22 استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اثر مستقیم مؤلفه انسجام خانواده و خودارزشمندی بر رضایتمندی زناشویی معنی دار است (05/0›p)؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد، که امنیت روانی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین انسجام خانواده و خودارزشمندی با رضایتمندی زناشویی دارد. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که رابطه انسجام خانواده و خودارزشمندی با رضایتمندی زناشویی دبیران یک رابطه خطی ساده نیست و امنیت روانی می تواند این رابطه را میانجی گری نماید.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present research was to study mediating role of psychological security in the relationship between self-worth and family cohesion with marital satisfaction of female teachers. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The statistical population of this study included all female teachers in the Khoy city in the first half of 2021, that 285 people as samples of research was selected through simple random sampling. To measure the variables, Fowers & Olson, marital satisfaction questionnaire (1989), Crocker contingencies of self-worth scale (2003), Maslow psychological security questionnaire (1952) and Samani family cohesion questionnaire (2007) were used. Pearson correlation test and path analysis were used to analyze the data. All statistical analyzes of this study were performed using Amos software and SPSS22 software. Results showed that self-worth and family cohesion affect directly with marital satisfaction. Also, the results showed that psychological security has a mediating role in the relationship between self-worth and family cohesion with marital satisfaction. According to the findings of the research, it can be said that the relation between self-worth and family cohesion with marital satisfaction of female teachers is not considered as a simple linear relationship and it can be mediated by psychological security.
